Noelle Pruzan, M.D.

Noelle Pruzan, M.D. is a fellowship-trained glaucoma and cataract surgeon who provides comprehensive eye care as well as specialized diagnosis and treatment of open angle, closed angle, and secondary glaucoma. Her expertise includes the medical, laser, and surgical treatment of glaucoma, including filtering surgery and state-of-the-art minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). She also performs cataract surgery using modern techniques and advanced lens implant technology that can minimize the need for glasses after surgery.

Dr. Pruzan is dedicated to helping her patients navigate the increasingly complex landscape of eye-care decisions and treatment options for cataracts and glaucoma.

Dr. Pruzan completed her undergraduate studies at Yale University, then earned her medical degree at Harvard Medical School. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of California, San Francisco and her glaucoma fellowship at the Wills Eye Hospital, where she trained under renowned experts in the field.

She is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Glaucoma Society, and New England Ophthalmologic Society.

Dr. Pruzan is originally from New York. Prior to joining Center for Sight, she practiced in Portland, Maine, where she was also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Tufts University. She currently resides in Barrington, RI with her young family and their two dogs.
