Lori A. Duquette, O.D.

Lori A. Duquette, O.D. has been practicing optometry in Rhode Island since 1998. Dr. Duquette provides primary comprehensive eye care for patients who need routine eye care; as well as evaluation of patients with diabetes, cataracts, glaucoma and other various conditions.  Dr. Duquette has special interest in family eye care, pediatric optometry, and specialty contact lens fitting  (including such conditions as Keratoconus, post corneal surgery and multifocal contact lenses).  She joined Center for Sight in March of 2007.

Dr. Duquette is licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island where she holds therapeutic privileges including the treatment of Glaucoma.

She attended the University of Rhode Island, and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in 1998.

Dr. Duquette is the clinical director of the Rhode Island Special Olympics – Lions’ Club International Opening Eyes Program; providing free eye health and vision screenings, as well as free eyeglasses, to Special Athletes at the state summer games.  She has been enjoying this position since 2001.

Dr. Duquette is a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Rhode Island Optometric Association since 1994.  In her free time, Dr. Duquette enjoys spending time with her husband and two Daughters; as well as roller blading and Yoga.
